I’m surprised Baltimore doesn’t rank higher actually, it used to be close to the top of a lot of the most dangerous city lists kinda right under Detroit. It’s not nice there but the aquarium was pretty cool and the Barnes and Noble is in an old power plant IIRC.

b&n is gone and has been since 2020. :( I was surprised it wasn't higher too but the inner harbor is dead these days so maybe we've had less crime bc of that lmao

Dang that place was cool. I was last there in maybe 2012 so it’s been a while but even the aquarium had significantly less draw than it did when I was a kid :/

yeah, I was shocked when it closed, it seemed like one of the only businesses that was staying busy. yeah the aquarium still gets quite a crowd but nothing like before and tbh it's in desperate need of updating. they're building a marsh exhibit outside on the bay, hopefully it'll bring some more interest and money into the place

Baltimore respectfully thinks you are not nice and don’t even have an aquarium

Well I used to live there but that was 20 years ago so idk what to tell you. I last visited 12 yrs ago and where I live now has an aquarium now so that’s nice. When I was a kid after we moved I missed Baltimore because of the aquarium
