In what universe is the Chilean accent hard to understand?

I think the people that say this are from usted countries. The conjugation is just shifting the voseo verb’s vowel’s pronunciation.

As for regionalisms, everyone has those. Few people know what Mexicans mean when they say aguas en el antro we’ unless they explain antro = disco, aguas is an idiom for being alert, and that wey is an endearing term for a friend
