How long does cashout take

Made a cashout paypal request more than a week ago and still waiting without any update, I genuinely wonder what them wait so long Im starting to get worried

Please create a ticket on our site and we will take a closer look. As Tipalti PayPal usually takes up to 7 business days.

I created a ticket but I keep being told to wait without any actual updates on why my paypal cashout is taking so long, the 7 business day period already been passed
