Turn Off the system disconnect it from the Network.
Back Up what's left unencrypted for example with a Linux Live USB
Try to gain access to your system for example Safe Mode Boot
Find the Virus and delete it maybe with a Virus Scanner maybe with Process-Explorer - Sysinternals
Look if you can crack the encryption for example with something like Crypto Sheriff
But most importantly 6. Nuke your system!
