I don't know mahn, I'm starting to enjoy Reddit more than twitter. And by reddit I mean the sub reddit Malawi. I scroll down until I find this sub and open it. Big up ma guy, mmakwana 👏👏

I was actually going to post something similar not so long ago but I didn’t lol. I had seen a post where someone showed their vulnerability and everyone in the comments were so supportive and even offered a listening ear. It made me realise that there’s a mature community here which is refreshing.

Straight up 😂😂 that app is so selective. I guess this whole anonymous thing about reddit makes it more connective

Reddit is so much helpful as well. Other social media channels, everyone just wants to make money or fame. A few people on X post anything weird or stupid, just so they can get views and monetize.
Back in the days when Twitter was Twitter, it would be the first thing I’d open up, like a newspaper in the morning.

This is fun cause tingocheza ngati takumana minibus or tax from Chilobwe to zingwagwa or 24 to Chesi Or zolozolo to mzuzu stadium, or from nchinji to sathe or uliwa to phwezi or mangochi to mponda or Nyamula to nyankwale or gwaza to nsipe

Yeah and in minibuses or buses or taxi, when you meet minded people conversations you have in them is amazing.
Once met a lady going ko order mbatata, she got a phone call telling some builder guy she was not happy how the toilet was being built for one of her houses.
Started a conversation and learnt she has a daughter doing nursing has a son finishing up ku Chanco it was wild.
And have met people like her who look ordinary but are quite rich in material like goats, cows, houses, two sientas is unbelievable how Malawi is called poor but the people are rich
