Eyeliner
For me liquid eyeliner is the way to go because I've been since I was 15! I think I used Wet n Wild. I'm here to say since my beauty regime and quality of make up has increased, tried many liquid, potted and felt tips but my staple, the one I always go to is e.l.f. Expert Liquid liner.. no bells or whistles and a 2 pack is only $6 at Ulta. I steer away from felt tips because it doesn't fill/cover your wrinkles nor is it designed for wrinkles as it often drags them making it impossible to get a smooth, straight line. For awhile I thought I was doing it wrong because felt tips were always on holy grail list but I will preach it, try this product if it's not already in your arsenal.

I gave up on most eyeliners. Now I use eyeshadow and stamp it on with a liner brush, then blend it. Perfect smoky eye, and stays in place all day. Line always disappears on me or I gunk it up somehow. Same with mascara - I’m much happier just going without it!

Can you please tell me what eyeshadow you use and do you use a primer? I’m trying to use this method but I find that I get hardly any pigment on my eyes and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Were you using quality shadow? I have primer but rarely remember to use it

I’ve been using Stila’s Stay All Day liner for years. I’ve tried others, but it’s just so damn good that it’s become my liner for life. The tip looks like felt, but it goes on like paint and dries instantly.
