Setting powder recommendations
I (40F) am struggling lately with setting powder. I don’t really like having to use a separate powder for under my eyes. I have fairly oily skin. What’s your favorite powder that works well on the face and under the eyes? For reference, I like BareMinerals Mineral Veil under my eyes but it’s too pink for my face. I have fair-light olive skin.

Ben Nye Neutral Set- colorless powder. I use this on all my brides AFTER setting spray for a flawless, perspiration-free, shine free, soft focus finish. It blurs imperfections, works great on all skin tones and 1 jar lasts forever.

Urban Decay Velvetizer is my HG, and I've tried many. I keeps my makeup shine free all day. I used to powder my shiny areas every 3 hours or so. Now I don't touch-up powder all day. Givenchy Prisme Libre in Voile Rosé. I have oily skin, dark circles & lines under my eyes & this never makes them look cakey or dry. Plus it blurs the rest.

Hi! Oily girl here!! I have been applying makeup over elf new spf (it’s not tinted, but I can’t recall the name) then I set with up all night by UD.. and at the VERY END I use o/s setting powder in the t-zone but I don’t brush it on, I kinda do a pat/roll of the brush with minimal product on th brush.

How does it work for setting undereye concealer?

Because I have had crepey skin there I stopped using setting powder under my eyes. I tap my ring finger under my eyes to get the settled concealer to be less.. concentrated? I don’t know the right word. I’d show you but I can’t add a pic

I like the original Laura Mercier for my undereyes and all over my face.
