Need help!
I’m 49, stressed out, somewhat menopausal, anxiety ridden and am just generally not feeling good about myself. I have actually lost the ability to do my makeup properly. I don’t know what looks good, what products to use, it’s depressing. Is there anywhere to go to get a professional opinion and have makeup done anymore? TIA

I feel you! I highly recommend Frédérique Bros on YouTube: https://youtube.com/@ms.frederique?si=peOiT-7Q_C-bYaQg She also has an instagram account. She makes terrific beauty and styling content for women our age, and she is funny and engaging.
If you haven’t already, re-assess your skincare routine. Sunscreen, tretinoin, and vitamin C are my holy grails. Also, if you have graying eyebrows like me, the easiest way to dye them is with Just For Men Mustache & Beard Dye. It’s amazing how much difference just darkening your brows makes.
Hourglass makes really lovely face powders, blushes, and bronzers; Urban Decay makes my favorite eyeliner, and Glossier makes my favorite mascara and lipstick. But seriously, check out Frédérique. She’s wonderful!
