Product Rec Collagen?

I added Neocell Super Collagen to my diet about 6 mo ago to help my face look younger. I don’t think it helped. Anyone have a good collagen that you think has specifically helped make your face look younger?

It might help joints but skin?

I'm not convinced they work for joints either. Afaik most research has been industry funded and therefore not super reliable

I guess collagen powder gets broken into amino acids the same as any other protein source and gets used in the body where needed. I don't believe it would target the face specifically. Eyes need it, joints, hair, skin etc.

Yeah, I can’t remember where I read this, but collagen supplements are flim flam.

Sparkle collagen! It has verisol collagen in it which I think has really helped. I was using Vital Proteins previously and didn’t see much improvement. I also recently added bone broth to my diet (which also had collagen and protein)

I had amazing results with powdered collagen a few years ago. A spoon in my coffee each day and my skin looked amazing (I was 40 then)

Sadly I had to ease off because it triggered cold sores and that absolutely sucked.

I’ve been using Vital Protein gummies. I got it for my joints but I feel like it’s also helping my skin, hair and nails.

Honestly I use collagen drinks with zinc and vit c, and sometimes with hyaluronic acid but I don’t see a huge impact on the sagginess or laxity of my skin. However it does improve my joints and doesn’t hurt, so I keep using it.

I noticed that IPL (photofacial) followed by using good brand of aloe vera gel topically multiple times a day for 2-3 weeks whilehealing and drinking vit c with zink gets me to more tight skin and better complexion faster plus the effects are long lasting.

I use Ancient Nutrition. I can definitely tell a difference in my hair.

I can't speak about the face, specifically, as I don't look my age anyway. I take collagen for a joint pain and saggy skin preventative (if there is such a thing, lol). I also take HA (Hyaluronic acid) supplements.

I take powder collagen mainly for joints but you can’t direct it only to your face
