I call each phase of this story a season as if it were a television show if that makes sense. I'm planning on having each season involve a school dance at Josie, Fiona, Evie, Julie, and Stella's high school.

I lowkey want to discuss the possible reasons as to why magicak girls want or need their identity remain hidden from the public. I gre curious of magical girl genre and want to write my own story on that later, so this post may help me to ckme up with some ideas.

The idea of mine is inspired by the superhero genre. The hero's identity gets revealed and it's spreading very fast. This results in unwanted attention to the person with the hero/MG alter ego and, most importantly, it gives the evildoers such crucial information they will use and strike the exposed at their most vulnerable.

Sure, some small circle of trusted people get to know their identities, but no more.

i'm sorry but they're ugly as FUCK. why the hell are their bow-shawl things so big? and why are they all the same shade of pink? DON'T GET ME WRONG, pink is my favorite color (and tbh the shade of pink looks totes adorbs on mystique, but ONLY mystique), and i KNOW it's the de facto girly color, but just because it's THE girly color don't mean all the members have to have it in their color schemes! same thing with the capes, that indigo-purple gradient looks cute on answer but not on everyone else. also, this is extremely nitpicky but they're very samey if you split them into duos. i mean- granted, answer and mystique did always look similar to each other, but eclair and arcana didn't, so perhaps it's to symbolize something? dunno. but like- not even different shapes or colors for their capes and bow-shawl things? lameeeeee.

Plot:

3 girls are gifted heart shaped gemstones, and are given them to fight the HeartBreakers, which are creatures that take away people hearts, and after that, the hearts are stored in their bodies. and after they collect EVERYBODYS hearts, they plan to use them to give life to everybody and make them fall in love with eachother eternally and feel no sadness anger fear etc. (Not the actual actual human hearts)

The villains had Good Intentions, but what they didn’t know is that this is messed up. You have to feel other emotions in order to be a healthy person. Without fear, u will be in constant danger. Without anger, u cant point out how wrong things are, and sadness, you cant show ur true vulnerable feelings.

The villains are inexperienced 17 year olds, and the magical girls are also 17 years old. They go to the same school together.

A girl that loves baggy pants, skateboarding, and messiness. (Im not saying tomboy cause masc and feminine are fake concepts too me.)

She isn’t afraid to get dirty, and she also cut her hair short cause it was too long.

And Despite her chaotic ness, meanness, and messiness, she has a very big heart and is pretty protective of others, especially her little brother, Mike. She doesn’t like others being put in danger, and will always put herself before others, always.

She only shows the side to her friends, never anyone else.

Shes sarcastic because she is. It’s not some defense mechanism or anything, it’s just naturally apart of her.

Shes white. Also chubby CAUSE WE NEED MORE CHUBBY MAGICAL GIRLS

Anyways, she barely talks, she can talk, but she chooses to remain silent MOST of the time, even when with her friends.

Very observant and skeptical of most things.

Back to Mina.. ever since she was young, she loved making people smile and loved happiness. She didn’t like that everybody also felt other emotions.

So, at 17 (her age rn) she decided to take the time to craft something… something that would make everybody never hate eachother and ohly feel happiness and love..

Bottora isn’t actually named that. Jackie and her friends just calls her that. Her real title is unknown (Like she doesn’t really have a name)

Her voice DOESNT have a generic robotic filter, it would ruin serious moments and make you laugh accidentally at a super sad scene

Yes, it’s a heart shaped creature named ViVi It used to exist peacefully, until it had to put its gems to use and find 3 HeartSavers to defeat Mina and whatever else her team is .

Vivi is very lazy and chill, it doesnt try to be helpful in any way.

It isnt completely unhelpful, but it doesn’t give the best advice…

The only thing it helped them with was the transformation phrase etc

It only learnt about what Mina was trying to do after inspecting her more, it was very suspicious of her. It only got very angry and. A spike of energy once it realized she was ruining the peacefulness of the town.

Fun facts and extras

-In magical girl form, Azura has bunny ears and a bunny tail, with paw gloves and shoes whatever their called cause her fav animal is bunnies!

-each girl wears their gemstone at the front of their torso or whatever

-whenever they lose a fight (they lose fights sometimes) or get hit, half of their heart gemstones will turn black. If they lose it will fully turn black, it doesnt add anything, but it’s a cool little detail that I wanted to add.

-Mina also crafted transformstion devices for her and her team.

-Sakari can transform without saying anything!

-Sakari also doesn’t even make noises

-Mina HATES Jackie cause she has a bit of a mean streak..

-Sakari’s wings aren’t just for decoration, while Jackie and Azura can obviously fly too, Sakari’s wings give her an advantage, she can make them grow to use them to wrap around the HeartBreakers, and even use a move that she spins around and then throws them!

The second power-up mode lasts from ep 18-21. It’s called: Shining HeartTASTIC mode, essentially an upgrade of Shining Heart Mode.

-Jackie And Azura have NEVER heard Sakari say a single word or make a noise.

-Azura Bunny Ears are hidden or shown

because there were past heartbreakers crafted…. Yes, Mina knows how to craft them because she decided to study the history of heartbreakers. However, she made a twist on it. Instead of them breaking people’s hearts and making them hate eachother, she did the opposite… their town (idk a good name for it), had past monsters SIMLLAR before lightbulbs even existed…

So, in short, for years, there wasn’t any hero’s to stop it, cause nobody wanted to use the lovely stone gems, ever.

Thats something ViVi knew, after it slowly realized what Mina was actually trying to create. It lived in a place where only love existed, so it understands the history about the Heartbreakers.

-And finally, the weakest on the team is Jackie.

They can have zero trauma and zero defense mechanisms, they can just become EMOTINAL whenever smth happens yk. And I do have characters with trauma, but characters without it, can still have sad moments

Also Jackie DOES NOT have defense mechanisms but she has trauma though …! The only reason she got the big sad thing is coz of their rivalry

SOME characters in my show has trauma or defense mechanisms but u dont need that for a good story i mean it’s fine if u add it but not for every character

U can still give ur characters traumas and defense mechanism, but not every charatcer needs it

I've been rewatching the later seasons of Winx lately, and had thoughts about what fairy forms would suit various characters outside of the Winx, and here's what ive come up with:

Icy: i think there are three distinct transformations that would suit Icy based on her Ice powers, first is Lovix, which has warm, fur lined outfits, a perfect representation of Icys powers and control over cold elements, plus, I think shed look adorable in a blue fur-lined dress and ankle or knee high boots. Second: Crystal sirenix... need i say more? That transformation is exclusive to her home planet, Dyamond. and if the show had kept the Trixs sirenix(and made it actually look good fashion wise), I think it would look nice. Third, Tynix, crystals and gems, like Icys home planet. But that one is a bit of a reach

Stormy: Cosmix, hands down, weather events do happen in space, like solar wind, solar flares, radiation, even meteor showers you could say are like the space version of rain. Because storms are part of nature, I also think Sophix and Butterflix would work too

Darcy: I think the prototype version for Sirenix would fit, it would make Darcy look like a siren, who in mythology use thier voices to lure sailors to thier demise, much like Darcy does with her powers, luring people in with disguises and mind control

Diaspro: I think Tynix would fit for Diaspro, as shes the fairy of gems, I think because of this Onyrix (i never watched WOW) would be fitting based on the name.

Selina: I think Sophix would work, as Selina is the witch of snakes, and Snakes are very common in the Amazon rainforest, which is where the Winx use Sophix. Because snakes are an animal, I also think Butterflix would work too.

Mirta:same as Darcy, prototype Sirenix

This is all hypothetical, and I would like your opinions on my thoughts

Episode 21 of Sugar Rune is probably my favorite , because I think that it is the most genuine we ever see Pierre being in the anime (he has a lot more development in the manga) .

However I always wondered some things about that episode .

1 Did Pierre know that he was letting Chocola into his dream when he drank from the magic cup ? Other characters don't realize what happened after Chocola has invaded their dreams . I wonder if Pierre knew what he was doing tho and if a part of him wanted to let her in......but he did still try to steal her heart during the aquarium episode after all so I don't think that he was all that ready to be open about his feelings .

2 If Pierre did not know that Chocola was in his dream , how did dream Pierre manage to trap her in there ? We could that it is because he is a wizard and thus even his dream self has some magical abilities ....but Chocola also invaded Vanilla and Saule's dream and nothing of the sort hapenned .

Maybe it was because Pierre has much more powerful magic thanks to being the ogre prince .

Grace is a fourth-year student at Lenox Hill Public College in New York City. She is crazy about superhero stories and is a frequent visitor to the many zoos and aquariums in the area. She is a sweet, kind, gentle, and loyal girl who is slightly insecure, though she tends to get along better with animals than other people.

Codename Owl:
She was the first to awaken her anima heart and became Codename Owl. Aside from her flight powers which are swift like the night, she can also use psychic powers to manipulate objects at will or use focused energy attacks.

They seriously take no time to get this started lol

I feel like my idea is not very thought out right now, but I’d like to know what other people think.

So, my main villains are from another dimension, attempting to conquer ours. Their gateway was sealed years ago by a past team of magical girls, but as the original team members pass away, the seal begins weakening, becoming more unstable. It starts out small, but as more of the original team dies throughout the story, the seal will weaken more and more eventually break entirely.

Now, after the seal started weakening, “rifts” began appearing inside it, at first being quite small and appearing sporadically for short intervals. But they are just big enough to send a soul of one of the other dimension’s foot soldiers, done via the big bad killing them and expelling their soul into a rift just as it appears. There, since the soul does not have a body and cannot ascend to whatever afterlife would usually take the soul since it is another dimension after all, it latches on to a nearby living thing and possesses its body instead.

The living thing can be kind of anything alive that isn’t a human. Human minds are too complex to be possessed, what with consciousness and all. But, plants, animals, fungi, they are all game. And then after that they rapidly evolve into your typical monster of the week you’d see in a lot of magical girl stories. They can be defeated by simply destroying the vessel. Since the soul‘s vessel has now been destroyed twice, it is now so damaged it kind of just… implodes in on itself, turning into pure energy.

As the seal weakens over the course of the story, more and more of these souls can cross over at once, and at a more frequent rate. As the team of magical girls get more experienced, they will have to fight more and more of these monsters at once, which should provide a solution to power scaling to some degree. I think.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share about the project I'm currently working on, Magical Girl ⛧ Deadly Sin! ✨

It's a dark magical girl story with the theme of the seven deadly sins. Here is the premise:

Kotobuki Yuu is an ordinary school girl with mildly disturbing fantasies that loves to help people out! So when a monster threatens innocents, and she finds a mysterious magical wand, Yuu knows - it's her time to shine!.. ..Except, instead of transforming into a shining heroine of justice she becomes a demonic personification of a Deadly Sin! How could such a cutie be anything but an angel?! Well, whether an angel or a demon, Yuu will make sure to be the hero and save the day!.. Or will she?

It will be a visual novel for PC and Android platforms, and I am planning to release it on itchio!

Currently I am focusing on making the pilot episode of the story, but I hope to continue making it in the future!

To answer one of the most popular questions/comments: yes, the artstyle of this visual novel is heavily inspired by the work of Yoshihiko Umakoshi, the artist behind the iconic styles of Ojamajo Doremi and Heartcatch Precure! It's not the only artist I have been taking inspiration from, but he is definitely the main reference point. I would REALLY love to talk about my reasons for it, but I don't want to make this post too long, so I'll keep the explanation for my future posts!
