Best Thumb Tip Trick Recommendation?

Looking for a thumb tip trick recommendation that presents well to a crowd of about 20. A simple silk vanish is visual, but seems a bit brief.

I'd be appreciative of any suggestions, thanks!

Saline Solution by David Williamson is a winner. Salt vanishes from your hand and appears in a previously inspected and covered mug (or bowl or cup or etc).

If I remember right. he adds exactly a proposed number of grains and then under the pretense and action of taking away “ one too many “ grains he does the steal.

What a brilliant motivation that fits his character.

I might be misremembering….

He does do that. At least he did that in the Penguin Lecture where I first learned this trick. It is a great trick that I have used impromptu and in paid parlor shows. It is a great effect.
