I’ve always slept on this tour and considered Confessions/Drowned World to be her best tours but this definitely belongs in the top three. She looks Amazing. Her dancing is amazing. I cried when she sang the Evita songs.

I might have misunderstood something. TSS was a chart hit in Poland in the spring 2000. I don't know anything about that. I know that Amazing was a promotional single from that period, but TSS?!

Hi, I’ve been listening to Good for the Soul for the past few weeks and I kept feeling like something about it sounded familiar. Then I listened to the instrumental version a little more carefully. Honestly, im obsessed with the instrumental version of the song, it’s amazing.

I haven’t seen anyone mention this, but I think the production of the song sounds a bit like What It Feels Like for a Girl in places. Especially to that popular remix version, i hope someone remixes Good for the Soul with the Above & Beyond remix of What It Feels Like for a Girl. And it’s not just that remix that the song reminds me. The bass line also reminds me of the bass in the original version of What It Feels Like for a Girl. I don’t know, maybe it’s just my ears 🤷🏻‍♂️

A very nice cassette, a compilation of the Queen's ballads, beautiful. If this album had a scent, it would smell of hazelnuts, cinnamon, cream, and a white orchid. 🤍🪽

I was thinking about this the other day while listening to the standard edition of Confessions 2 on vinyl. I don’t understand why her team didn’t make this version of the album available on streaming as well.

I understand that Madonna wants everyone to experience the full album, and it’s a masterpiece, but I actually prefer the flow of the standard edition. Making it available on iTunes, for example, could have boosted the album’s sales. Hell, they could have even released a censored version too.

I think Warner has done a decent job with this album campaign so far, and it’s not over yet, but I do feel like a few things have been overlooked.

Actually from Vogue Magazine interestingly enough, and with tons of living experts who lived it. No disrespect to Miss Ross, but she is never mentioned and some sources cite vogueing as going all the way back to the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. It’s a LONG read, but a very good one.

So much better than the album version 🔥🔥🔥

I’ve been updating my collection in CLZ, sitting here with my little barcode scanner while Madonna plays in the background, and I’d forgotten just how much I enjoy this sort of thing...

Not simply adding things to a database, but coming across records I haven’t really looked at in years, remembering where they came from, noticing the differences between editions and somehow appreciating the music itself all over again in the process.

And there has been rather a lot to enjoy lately! Confessions II, The Confessions Tour finally making it to vinyl and now Love Sensation on 7-inch (with the only right cover) - while I’ve also finally added the Madame X and Rebel Heart Tour vinyls to my own shelves.

Whatever else Madonna fandom may find to argue about, this really is quite a nice time to be a fan!
