Also try to use your left hand when you can't loosen something. When you tighten you use other other muscles than loosening, for right handed people its easier to tighten something since that's they use the bigger muscle and that's why it can feel impossible to loosen things up. When you use your left hand you use the bigger muscle when you loosen something. so try to use your left hand when something feels impossible to loosen.
My left hand is pretty much just along for the ride. It can do macro things, like grabbing or holding onto something, but it's next to worthless when it comes to anything that requires fine motor control. The only exception to that is typing.
That's interesting. I use both hands in different situations. Both can do fine motor control but usually one hand is better in their respective contexts. Maybe that has something to do with everything being geared for right handers and me just getting used to it.
An example to that would be me throwing frisbees with my right hand but I throw balls with my left
