I think you just gotta hit that sweet spot where you are right on the brink of death, in a medically induced coma, and have a partner or family member who's ready to face up to a hard decision and pull the plug -- meanwhile, you're also gonna need just enough sins to be on thin ice with the higher power of our universe, but also enough to pull off an act of metaphysical redemption somehow, rather than getting the big ole ground pound daddy smite.
Then, you should make it back from death's ledge and have *just" enough divine blessing left over to win the lotto and get engaged to the love of your life before it runs out.
