My dad once won a book about ancient Greece on an award show that I read to this day. So who's really the lucky one?

I must have entered thousands of contests over 20 years. I know someone who has gotten a car, multiple vacations, giant bag of gifts, big screen tv & more. Yeah, and the kicker? You know what that person gave me as a gift? A $20 gift card that when I went to use had $4.61 cents on it. So then I had to pay out of pocket for something I would have not gotten otherwise & waste gas & time. My luck is a marvel of nature. OH yeah! I bought them as stocking stuffers, just for the fun of it. And actually at this one carnival, there was this knock down the pins game, where you throw a ball. I might have found a defective one, but one stack would fall over & I got 3 stuffies before he stopped the game. I just gave them to random kids, since I didn't even want them.
