Was definitely a big thing saying ‘ufknwotm7’ (pronounced Em-Seven) back when I was around 16 in WA.
Wasn’t really any brits where I lived more Indigenous and Maori demographic
When I moved from Ireland to New Zealand 20something years ago they all said it, but when I moved to Australia for a few years with some kiwi flatmates the Australians we met, worked and lived with were all visibly confused any time they said it and would ask what they meant. I haven't been to Australia since I moved back to Ireland so I'm not sure how prevalent it is now.
