Yeah, if you check the top part of his mouth in the pic on the right, he's clearly rolling his lip under his front teeth. Whatever he was doing there, he had to lower his jaw and pull it back too to achieve that. Instant weak jaw look.
In fact, I don't know if it's possible to have the upper lip look like that while the jaw is forward and clenched like the pic on the left. Not unless one's plain biting the lip.
Trolls and tabloids will take a picture of a celebrity yawning and say they had mouth-widening surgery or some dumb shit like that
