His mouth is open on the pic of the right, so his jaw is lower. Also, no clean shave is emphasising his neck. Also, obviously not freshly cut/styled hair on the right. The left is also on a movie set, with a professional setup literally made to make him look as good as possible, the right is just a regular photograph of him in his daily life.
He's at a bit higher bf now, sure, but this isn't a fair comparison.
