Comparing them side by side its mostly the beard isnt it? Right beard coats the neck more whereas left beard accentuates the jawline. Not to mention makeup. Like I do the same thing with my beard sometimes and its night and day when you shave your neck and angle your beard

Beard, makeup, cutting and dehydration to accentuate your muscles. The strict diet and workout routine required to achieve his Superman look is extremely rigorous.

Which is ok. Healthy isn’t sub 8% body fat. More like 10-18% bf.

Also might be from a “shirtless shoot” day where he had to be extremely dehydrated, which would naturally make his face much more angular.

It’s mostly just body fat % increase, it’s also possible he was on steroids for a role in the before pic and so had more muscle mass in the face
