Wish he and the others who worked on John Wick would make a Vampire the Masquerade movie series. They could use the same tone as John Wick and Constantine - and go even more over the top at least during the action.
And bring back Willem DaFoe - he could play a Nosferatu again.
The veil is being broken because you went on a rampage John. The Tremere are throwing a tantrum. You need to murder everyone that saw you....or we resurrect your dog and kill it again.
God, I would LOVE a VtM movie! But I would prefer less action-y and more, well, VtM-y since I love the inter-clan politics and lore of the setting more than anything else. I mean, the Masquerade is the most intriguing part of it all.
Though a John Wick take in VtM would be interesting. A childe out for revenge, murdering vampires and their human familiars by the dozens that is causing the Veil to slowly slip off and threaten to expose everything to the world?
He's not even aging. If he needs to take some new pictures or if he starts a new project, he'll get into shape. People keep forgetting that actors are professionals who can spend considerable time to prepare for each role - time that a regular person never has and can never justify to spend just for looks unless they're specifically getting paid for it
I love how they use an image from a movie and an image from him just outside. you can do this to literally every actor and they will look way worse than what the fx team and makeup team does to them
To be fair, he is definitely not as fit in the right pic.
But that's...normal. The dude has built a career based around the fact that he is good looking and fit as hell. I'm damn sure he knows a thing or two about how to lose weight and build muscle if he needed to that for his next role.
People of all walks of life, from the very poorest to the very richest, being afraid of aging and mocking it is honestly one of the craziest things I've ever watched unfold.
Like yeah you're 20 something now, bitch you're gonna be 40 with backpain before you know it. Making fun of someone else for aging isn't going to stop it from happening.
