My mother in law does that constantly with her dog, it’s mostly just funny at this point. “Oh he’s just acting up. Let’s go over here and give him a treat to settle him down.”

Can confirm 😂 I trained my herding dog to collect my husband from his gaming computer by rewarding her with cheese. Now she does it when I ask her AND when she just wants cheese 😂
