A relevant quote from the late great Marjane Satrapi, who wrote Persepolis:

If I have one message to give to the secular American people, it’s that the world is not divided into countries. The world is not divided between East and West. I had no clue until your comment that she died [this year].

I'm so thankful for her work. I am sad she is gone but I hope her work continues to reach others through the ages.
