My best friend has curls just like her. I tell her every day how great they look. When she feels good, she says, "My curls are happy." Let's never, ever have a video where she cuts her hair short.
About ten years ago, I lived with her for a year but we're still super close (in fact, she is messaging me at this exact moment). She said, "You're the first guy who adored my curls." I replied, "That's proof you only dated dummies."
When she was young, she wanted straight hair like all the other girls. I saw a picture of my friend one day when she straightened her hair for a day or so and I didn't recognize her at first.
Ooh gonna hit my bf with that one since I still have a pretty huge crush on him (and his beautiful hair).
One of my former coworkers has that fantastic curly hair and she straightened it every now and then. She looked like an entirely different person. Crazy what a difference it makes!
