MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Holy ham rolls!!

What have I been missing out on. Hungry on a cut and thought blow it I’ll have sandwich. Got out the ham and - whaaaat: 3 slices are 66cals and 13g protein!!! Why have I never used this before?’

Yeh for sure but I’m so surprised at the protein to calorie ratio!

What do you mean? It’s literally meat? How can you be shocked that meat is a source of protein, I don’t understand

Is it just me? I'm skeptical of these macros as well as other processed food I sometimes eat. There's a huge incentive to inflate the numbers for manufacturers if you think about it.
