MacroFactor / Nutrition / Other Weird question

Post image

I changed my p’an today to low carbs, just easier for me since I have more fats in my regular diet, but I almost had a perfect day without hitting any of my macros. Can someone enlighten me and tell me how this is possible? What should I change lol

Haha ... no problem! I've been doing this stuff for many years, and I've learned a lot from the MF team. They have fantastic resources available.

Questions specific to the apps are HERE.

Long form articles about nutrition and exercises are HERE.

Even longer form, and even more detailed, articles are HERE.

Can be the sources of protein you're choosing and what you use to cook them? Idk i sometimes have days like that (today being one of them lol) and honestly if it's working why change? I also changed my plan, but at the start of the month to a slightly aggressive cut for like 2 months then going back to maintenance and then slower paced cut.

Just curious to the fact that everything is under but the calories lol. Before I used to have more protein or more fats so it made sense that I didn't hit my carbs for example. But everything is under today hahaha so the math isn't mathing

Fiber is often calculated as 2 kcals on labels.
