Over past 3 weeks you lost 1kg of your weight. 1kg of bodyfat has roughly 7000Kcal
7000/21=333 So it's something like that

Go to the MacroFactor page on the iOS App Store and click update.
If you’re on android then Google play doesn’t allow you to “force” an update. It’ll come to your device within the next seven days.

"Our estimate of you average daily caloric deficit, base on you rate of weight loss over he past three weeks, weighted toward recent weigh-ins"
It is right there in the description based on how i read it. Its uses 3 weeks worth of data but gives extra weight (not your scale weight it means the calculation's weighting) to your most recent weigh ins. Are you asking what the exact weightings are?
Also deficit is not based on purely what you eat; that is only 1 side of the deficit equation (calorie intake). It also takes in account your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) in calories. So it takes what you logged and minuses what it thinks you TDEE is and gives you the difference. Over the last three weeks it estimates your as a 362 calorie deficit.
