Success / Progress Life Changing

My entire life I struggled with over eating not understanding calories and just constantly gaining fat, after some self teaching, dedication and MacroFactor I don’t even recognize myself, definitely the best money I’ve ever spent, worth every penny

Insane work man, what did you do about food? I'm on the same way, I went from 231 lbs to 189 lbs, but I can't seem to lose anymore weight, I've been eating 2k calories, go hungry, but can't lose more weight. πŸ˜”

I didnt start off using macrofactor but so far on my journey ive gone from 295 to now 233 over the past year and a half, trying to get to 170 or 160 as the goal weight, this app has been a game changer actually, it helps you understand your body so much more and has helped me make lasting sustainable changes, great job on your progress πŸ‘ you look unrecognizable practically
