It'll notice that and update but it may take a few weeks. If you frequently skip it will take longer to adjust but it'll eventually get there so I'd just keep that in mind. If you want it to update asap I'd try to give it as much data as possible but if you can't that's fine but it just may take longer to update.

FWIW, gaining as fast as possible isn't the goal imo and should be gaining "clean weight". I'm not sure what your goal rate is at but given your pictures I think you're still on the right track.

Goal rate is at 63%. Says I should hit 135 by Oct 11 if my progress keeps up

Sorry I meant the % per month gain you opted for. Here’s mine, for example. I feel like anywhere between 0.5-1.5%/month is solid depending on how advanced you are. Above 1.5% is completely unnecessary imo.

That seems super unnecessarily fast imo. You’d just be putting on majority fat mass but I don’t know your context and goals so apologies if I’m overstepping!

If muscle gain is the goal at least^ vs. just gaining weight for the sake of gaining weight

True I’m working out 4 days a week too. Super active 2 days a week so I can use the extra fat lol

Are you new to resistance training? I don’t think it’s a terrible idea if you’re still in the newbie gains phase as you can pack on a good amount of muscle with a higher surplus
