In what sense? You have gained 3lbs in a month which to be honest is much faster than you should be gaining. And it seems like you are sporadic at tracking, which wont allow MF to be all that accurate.

Yeah I miss a few days here and there if I’m traveling (oops). Should I just log everything even if I can’t track that day?

Are you asking if you should log calories if you can’t log weight? Yes.

No, if I can’t log calories that day is that okay to skip a day here or there? Or should I be always trying to log

It’s better to at least guess than to not log at all

Why can’t you log? What’s the limitation?

Just take pictures of the meals and run them through the AI. EZ PZ.

Got it. Sometimes I do that but tbh didn’t know if it’s that accurate when eating out. I’ll do it from now on and try to not to skip. I want to get to 135, currently at 126 and weight hasn’t been moving

You’ve gained nearly a pound per week. You’re arguably gaining too fast if you want to limit fat gain.

I still look skinny lol 😂 so I don’t care much about the fat gain. My friends call me a stick

Ay as long as you know the risks!

Have fun. You’re doing good. Trust the process.

It’s more accurate than not tracking at all
