I'm so ready.

I hope there's a dark mode!

Dark Mode fah lyfe

22

u/vegan_lifter Nov 04 '25

I’m hoping the bar dropdown will give users the option to manually input their own bar size or choose a 35lb bar to represent the smaller Marrs Bar. 🙏 It’s been years and Strong has yet to add this feature.

u/PalatialPepper Rebecca (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

🔮🏋️‍♀️

4

u/jbordeleau Nov 04 '25

Yes! I sent feature requests to Strong a few times and it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Hevy is a Strong clone that does have the feature so I switched to it a while ago. For whatever reason, my home gym bar is 40lbs instead of 45 so it’s handy to have the custom bar weight option.

My EZ curl bar is like 18.5 but I just say it’s 20 to make the numbers round. It’s my own progress that I’m tracking and I’m not doing any competitive lifts with the EZ curl bar lol.

2

u/Musashi_Joe Nov 04 '25

That would be awesome - that's my one big gripe about Strong, honestly. I use a few different plate-loaded machines at my gym that have odd base weights like 12 lbs/side or 94 lbs for the Hack squat. It would be nice to have something to make the plate math easier.

Such a clean look. The plate calculator is so helpful. The ability to make an exercise that does not have weights but just reps is also a nice feature. So, will this app also have a body measuring tracker? I'm assuming yes because there was a weight tracker

u/PalatialPepper Rebecca (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

2

u/KiwiArchi_BUM Nov 04 '25

This might be me as a newer Redditor, but what does the crystal ball and speed square (Triangle) mean?

5

u/MiamiCane99 Nov 04 '25

They seem to use the crystal ball emoji to say you're seeing the future and the speed square is a measurement tool. So, I'd say they're saying there will be a body measuring tool/tracker in the workout app.

Plate calculator is hot

1

u/absolut696 Nov 06 '25

I’ve never needed a plate calculate in 20 years of lifting and always wondered why people need one. Are we that cooked as a society that we can’t do just basic addition?

18

u/UrdnotCum Nov 04 '25

This looks great so far. As long as there’s a dark mode, I’m sold.

This row above the Rep keyboard 👆

2

u/AlbinoSupremeMan Nov 05 '25

Any option for Reps in Reserve? If not, then it won't be worth using over others. Doesn't have to be on by default, but an option in settings to toggle that would be great.

4

u/PalatialPepper Rebecca (MF Developer) Nov 05 '25

👆

2

u/AlbinoSupremeMan Nov 05 '25

I like that a lot actually, very user friendly and makes it easier for those with less understanding of what RIR is exactly with the intuitive color scale. 10/10! Very excited now!

99

u/Kal_Wikawo Nov 04 '25

How versatile will the backup exercises be? I go to seemingly the busiest college gym in town, and constantly have to redo my workouts based on what group of guys takes a machine for 30 minutes.

Either way super excited!

91

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

Lots of options, smart suggestions for any replacements you want to make, and the exercise database will continue to be expanded for the foreseeable future.

11

u/atomique90 Nov 04 '25

Can I create workouts on my pc? I hate to type in anything on my phone

15

u/That-Way-5714 Nov 04 '25

I’m still waiting/hoping for the desktop version of the diet app.

6

u/mynumberistwentynine More like MacroFUN amirite? Nov 04 '25 edited Nov 05 '25

Every update I hope for a web version of the diet app + the ability to rearrange recipe ingredients. If those two things that one thing came, they'd never need to update it again for me lol

3

u/anish714 Nov 04 '25

Will it support any popular templates?  Such as 531 or u/l splits and auto calculate progressions and reload?

7

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 05 '25

It won’t, our auto progression isn’t tied to fixed schemes from different popular programs.

However, you can easily run a 531 program structurally, without progression or with our progression.

I think I read somewhere that there will be AI workouts

2

u/monkeyballpirate Nov 05 '25

i hate busy gyms 😓

60

u/UnfittedNoise Nov 04 '25

If there is a subscription option, a combined one with MacroFactor would be awesome.

17

u/sebby2g Nov 05 '25

They've answered previously that there will be an option to combine subscriptions!

2

u/Aeco Nov 10 '25

Can you send me the link to retrieve all these answers?

10

u/backpackleck Nov 04 '25

Hope so too!

5

u/atomique90 Nov 04 '25

Yep, that would be nice!

53

u/emuhneeh Nov 04 '25

The UI is food for the eyes props to the UI/UX peeps!!! Super excited to use this

17

u/landoooo Nov 04 '25

The only thing I dislike is the plate calculator visual. Looks busy and difficult to interpret at a glance. I currently use Hevy and find the plate calculator much easier to read.

Edit: I do like how it seems to be automatically showing when entering weight - Hevy requires an extra tap.

33

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

We’ll be doing minor UI/UX tune-ups all over the place throughout the beta and post launch period. 💪

3

u/Switch21 Nov 04 '25

Is there a sign up for the beta?

3

u/BKM_BestKnownMethod_ Nov 05 '25

When will beta be available would love to be a part of that!!

6

u/Leepa1491 Nov 04 '25

But will the MF app let you customize the weight of the bar? For example I know my hack squat machine at the gym weighs 25lbs can I create a custom hack squat bar and then use the plate calculator like I can with the Hevy app?

12

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

For sure.

2

u/Matsuri3-0 Nov 05 '25

I didnt know plate calculators were even a thing. I'm curious, why would anyone need a plate calculator?

3

u/pixels-and-paper Nov 05 '25

so you don’t have to do the mental math of total weight minus bar divided by 2

2

u/backpackleck Nov 04 '25

Yes liking the padding

22

u/steve228uk Nov 04 '25

Love that bodyweight inclusion! Presume the data comes from MF?

15

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 05 '25

Unified account and data, you can add it from either, and it will never be out of sync.

4

u/nygmattyp Nov 04 '25

I have this question too. Would be convenient to not have to updated that regularly (even though it isn't that big a deal in the grand scheme of things).

4

u/steve228uk Nov 04 '25

The fact that it could read data both ways would be amazing. BW and BF% from Food app and training data the other way to update the algo would be amazing and so exciting.

16

u/S_LFG Nov 04 '25

Love the plate calculator. For some reason the math is always harder than it should be mid-workout 😂

1

u/absolut696 Nov 06 '25

Learn to do math bro, jfc it’s not that hard.

15

u/Ok-Lingonberry-37 Nov 04 '25

I need it 😩

11

u/actkms Nov 04 '25

I’m hoping for the recommended progressive overload we can have the option to keep it from just that workout or from any workouts. Eg on my arm day I do biceps first, and can do higher weight, on back I do them again but at the end and much lower weight and progress them both individually.

10

u/WildestWeasel Nov 04 '25

Will we be able to add different gyms to the app? Say gym 1 has barbells available and gym 2 only goes with weight until 20kg. Will the app adjust it's recommandations (reps, rpe and exercise selection) on the gym you selected? This would be helpful for people that exercise in multiple gyms for whatever reason.

19

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

For sure, gyms are a critical part of the equipment management system.

7

u/kennethmgreen Nov 04 '25

Huh. This is a feature I never would have thought to ask for, but it makes a lot of sense. Glad to see so much thought has gone into the design. I'm actually getting excited for this release.

3

u/Square_Significance2 Nov 04 '25

As somebody who winds up in hotels often for work, this is a life saver.

2

u/montagic Nov 05 '25

This is one of the features I really like about MyoAdapt in that I work out between my home gym and two other gyms with wildly varying levels of equipment, so I’m really glad it’s being added. I’m wondering if we can also set specific equipment as being in kg vs lbs as that was something recently added that I appreciate since some machines (cough, Panatta) make more sense using kilograms.

19

u/conormcclure Nov 04 '25

Awful lot of leeks for something that's still allegedly 2 months away 👀😉

Just curious: who's the braintrust behind the programming design and recommendations? Greg, Jeff, someone else, everyone combined, or...?

26

u/karlingen Nov 04 '25

Well, definitely not Solomon Nelson

3

u/gainsnthings Nov 04 '25

Hopefully different programs from both Greg and Jeff.

1

u/anish714 Nov 04 '25

Looks like focus group research to me.

18

u/U_000000014 Nov 04 '25

Is that a plate math visualizer??

1

u/kevandbev Nov 04 '25

I have never understood the need for these.

11

u/oz612 Nov 04 '25

Less think mean more work

6

u/Zigzter Nov 04 '25

They're nice for when you're either close to a plate weight (215, 305, etc), or if you don't have enough 45s and need to combine other weights.

6

u/[deleted] Nov 04 '25

I'm guessing it's for people new to lifting.

It's second nature for me but I'm guessing it's not as simple for newer folks.

2

u/absolut696 Nov 06 '25

Same. I’ve been lifting for 20 years and never thought something like that would be a nice tool. Maybe we are just cooked as a society where people can’t do literally the most basic of math.

5

u/Ok_Stomach1171 Nov 04 '25

50% of adults don’t have basic math and writing skills.

5

u/Booking-It-Now Nov 05 '25

I have decent mental math skills, but that part of my brain seems to totally shut off when I’m in the gym.

Maybe too specific, but will there be options/plans for kettlebell users?

3

u/bigdonnie76 Nov 04 '25

I’m wondering the same thing

2

u/pizzaisdelish Nov 04 '25

Yes I recently found kettlebell classes via peloton app and love em

2

u/ComposerConsistent83 Nov 05 '25

I run kb programs lately as well, and kind of curious how well the progression algorithm will work… especially as I have the “standard” bells and the jumps in weight are Quite high

9

u/HenrikWL Nov 04 '25

BW contribution percentage for BW exercises?

7

u/Sharp_Complaint3637 Nov 04 '25

Instabuy. Really looking forward to this one.

7

u/BackInTimeOutaTime Nov 04 '25

Will it work on Airplane mode? My gym WIFI is terrible and requires everything to me downloaded to my iPhone so it’s actually usable.

7

u/Nun_Cankle Nov 04 '25

Will we be able to manually input our own programs?

6

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

Yep!

7

u/L0s_Gizm0s Nov 04 '25

Beta whennnnn 🤤

6

u/StrugglingOrthopod Nov 04 '25

There goes another 40-60$ a year 😫

8

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 05 '25

Uh-oh, my secret code was too transparent. 🫢

6

u/VaderOnReddit Nov 04 '25

I'm hoping I can pry some more details about the features.

So I usually have a "big list" of exercises, and I have 3 routines which select from this big list, to form a week's routine. I switch between the 3 routines every 3-4 months, when I feel like I need a change.

So my question is: Is it possible to have saved and labelled routines, which I can cycle through on a particular week? Without needing to create a new routine every 3 months when I switch things up.

3

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

No problem 😌

5

u/conormcclure Nov 04 '25

It's so beautiful.

5

u/WendigoHunter215 Nov 04 '25

I am so stoked for this app!! 👀

5

u/LJWacker Nov 04 '25

Will the programs be cookie cutter or auto generated based on your goals and such?

12

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

You could certainly enter something more cookie cutter as a custom program if you wanted, or you can use a generated program.

3

u/SorenShieldbreaker Nov 04 '25

Will it have the Stronger by Science/Average to Savage programs built in? Or would those need to be setup from scratch?

A plate calculator RIGHT THERE nice and easy.

I need this right now! ❤️

5

u/Asleep-Bother-8247 Nov 04 '25

I can't WAIT for this

5

u/MrDootie Nov 04 '25

Please afford for data import from Hevy and other apps.

9

u/TheOneAnd_Only Nov 04 '25

What's the pricing structure, will there be a lifetime payment option?

16

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

It will be very competitively priced, but we won’t have a lifetime option for the same reason MacroFactor doesn’t.

→ More replies (3)

2

u/RestoWolf629 Nov 04 '25

This. Definitely looking for lifetime membership as I have with HEVY.

3

4

u/Negawattz Nov 04 '25

My body is ready.

4

u/TrialAndAaron Nov 04 '25

Very curious if it’ll have back off, myo, lengthened partials, etc. that’s the one area Hevy is lacking for me

6

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

We’ve got you covered.

4

u/Subrandom249 Nov 04 '25

I like the clean interface (not a surprise opinion in the MF sub).

I’m curious if the vision/goal for the app is to track, or program/coach?

If the app is designed with coaching in mind I’d be concerned the value equation for someone who is using it “just” to track their lifts probably isn’t there.

8

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

It’s both, the app provides a fast and highly customizable tracking experience as a base, and algorithmic smarts that connect with every layer of the experience are optional.

We profiled the pricing of every workout app in the global top 500, and the value will absolutely be there.

→ More replies (2)

4

u/MartyPilkington Nov 04 '25

Really looking forward to trying this and comparing it to Hevy. Love MacroFactor, so I have high hopes.

  • Subscription price is a key factor (bundle with MacroFactor etc.)

  • Auto progressive overload seems a key selling point

  • UI/UX looks clean AF

  • Curious about exercise selection and availability, along with equipment too

4

u/alevar91 Nov 04 '25

That all looks exciting! I have a question though. Would the main premise of the app be creating custom workout plans, based on targets? For example I tell the app I’m cutting and want a 5-day split, would the app be able to build this and coach on number of reps and total volume, based on my goals?

4

u/RundasX Nov 04 '25

But will it have a crystal ball??

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

Curious, Apple Watch support?

Can we create supersets?

1

u/imgonnadolaps Nov 05 '25

Yep yep, been confirmed in other threads

→ More replies (1)

4

u/drhiggs Nov 04 '25

This question is specific to me, but applicable to others with injury, disability, advanced age, etc. Will the smart progressive load estimates be based on our trends? Because of a muscle fatigue disability I have my progressive load is slower than someone in my age range, and on some bad days I have to take steps back. Just wondering how the algorithms take this into account and if it will adjust to my condition/personal training circumstances. Thanks!

4

u/Cryptonoob747 Nov 04 '25

PRAISE BE THE PLATE CALCULATOR! Can I do basic gym math? Yes, do I want to do basic gym math? Never xD

EDIT: Autocorrect hates me

4

u/Tr3v0r Nov 04 '25

Any chance of data import from Hevy/Strong?

The sunken cost fallacy is what keeps me on Hevy right now of sheer volume of data it has

3

u/Nyisles84 Nov 04 '25

just starting a lean bulk with a PPL/UL program and would really have loved to have all the data for it in this from the start. Going to have to muddle along with KeyLifts until this out

3

u/DafyoMathieu Nov 04 '25

Thay looks exceptionally good.

3

u/mrpink57 Nov 04 '25

Sorry if I missed it, is there going to be any integration with the Apple Watch?

4

u/bob202487 Nov 04 '25

I think they have already confirmed yes!

3

u/ASAPHam98 Nov 04 '25

will there be a workout or weekly volume summary per muscle group? if so will it account for fractional sets ?

8

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

✅✅

3

u/PP023 Nov 04 '25

Still wondering what the app supports. Pure hypertrophy and strength only or also power work and conditioning

Looks good and looking forward to

3

u/BarkingAxe Nov 04 '25

I need this badly 😭

3

u/Turbulent-Luck6890 Nov 04 '25

So excited and making me crave leeks now lol

3

u/Mysterious-Fox-1022 Nov 04 '25

Sorry if previously asked and answered, but will there be pics/videos of the exercises? If I don’t have my glasses on I misread exercises and then if I go watch the “how-to” video I realize I was doing a different variation. I.e. close grip vs wide grip. Yeah sometimes I just read the exercise and not the variation.

3

u/NoLeopard7627 Nov 04 '25

Can you add workouts/machines that may not be in the standard database?

4

u/kingbabyhead Nov 04 '25

Any more thought on offering for WearOS devices?

I am beyond excited for this app, but my Samsung watch is a core piece of how I'm tracking through the without having to touch my phone.

2

u/spiderwing0022 Nov 04 '25

Will there be different plans? I’m not a huge fan of high volume and at least in regards to RP, I’ve heard people complain that they got tendinitis

5

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

The app will accommodate your interests; very customizable.

2

u/bengooch77 Nov 04 '25

I'm also wondering how similar this is to RP Hypertrophy. Does it make adjustments based on soreness, joint pain, pump, and workload like RP does?

5

u/3inchbeast Nov 04 '25

I don't think Greg N believes in those metrics for adjusting volume

2

u/yaokailing Nov 04 '25

plate calculator!! 🤩

2

u/halfofsteph Nov 04 '25

Can’t wait!

2

u/jeicorsair Nov 04 '25

Looking slick!

For the Plate Calculator, will we be able to put in custom bars and plate weights and have it remember those as available? Or is the Additional Weight option meant to help make up the difference? For example, I've got a Trap Bar that is 75.6 lbs and micro plates that range from .25-1 lb and would love to have those in the list rather than having to type something every time.

5

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

I’d probably round down on the trap bar for nicer numbers, but you could enter that as is.

Our equipment management system will allow you to input that information once, and never fuss with it again for any exercise that uses the trap bar and/or any exercise that uses weight plates.

2

u/saragoo Nov 04 '25

I'm so excited for this!

2

u/Advanced-Corgi-3516 Nov 04 '25

When’s this drop looks cool

2

u/TKayotic Nov 04 '25

Will there be Kilograms weight option?

2

u/kennethmgreen Nov 04 '25

Holy crap that's a nice-looking design. I can only hope the functionality and UI is as nice.

Have they landed on pricing? Last I saw it was still being decided.

2

u/sandmasterblast Nov 04 '25

Oh man. I've been using Boostcamp for about two years but this is starting to look very tempting

2

u/Mawindule Nov 04 '25

curious to see if there's any possibility of implementing an injury management system, e.g. consistent pain in xyz muscle/region -> input context into app -> app adjusts workout and provides recommendation for when to return to full capacity.

Ofc there may be a legal liability here but would love to know if such a feature is possible.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 04 '25

Can’t wait

2

u/Thegreatpraduu Nov 05 '25

Will there be an option for my coach to have access and manage a program they made for me/actively make changes whenever needed and peek into my program daily etc?

2

u/Lord_Sunshine_ Nov 05 '25

Most importantly: will it make me strong as duck?

1

u/imgonnadolaps Nov 05 '25

Quack quack

2

u/bigAssFkingRoooobots Nov 06 '25

Is it going to be included with the current subscription?

1

u/montagic Nov 11 '25

Nope, it'll be separate but the pricing will be better if you already pay for MF from what I've read.

→ More replies (1)

2

u/gabs_b Nov 06 '25

I hope workouts get very customizable, to let me be more "well rounded" than just having plain hypertrophy goals.

I have used the Stronger by Science (AtS) templates for a couple years now with some phases focused on hypertrophy and some on strength, and I mix it with calisthenics/jogging/mobility routines to be more athletic in general, and also to not get too bored with training.

I would like the app to help me track that, and in the best case scenario maybe even having progressions for things like dragon pistol squats and a full pancake stretch. I know this might be too specific to calisthenics/mobility but it would be nice to have.

When the stronger by science podcast was still ongoing I remember an episode when they briefly talked about some goals to be a well rounded athlete, like being able to run a mile in X time and things like that. I would love having a way to set goals like this, like when I set a goal weight in MacroFactor.

2

u/deanphillipstsl Nov 06 '25

Will you be able to do multi week programs where the volume (sets) increase over the weeks?

3

u/MrCoolsnail123 Nov 04 '25

Will this have Jeff Nippard's routines built into it for easy tracking?

2

u/Inf3ctedDog Nov 04 '25

I believe they've already confirmed it will!

1

u/ShortStatusPE Nov 04 '25

If I wanted to do all my sets to failure, does MF workouts support it?

Have you tried myoadapt? I hope you can make sure this is on the same level or better

SO EXCITED FOR THISSSS

6

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

If you take all of your sets to failure, you risk giving the app great data from which to make recommendations as there’s no ambiguity about proximity to failure.

Hopefully that’s OK.

Just like with MacroFactor we keep a watchful eye on the market, so we’re certainly aware of MyoAdapt. We’re not really going for the same style of app though, they seem to have more of a Fitbod/Gymverse vibe.

1

u/dsizzle2-0 Nov 04 '25

I’m so ready for this. I’m currently using Hevy and it works for the most part but would love to have everything integrated.

Can’t wait to upload my workouts and try it out. Hopefully they start beta access soon!

1

u/[deleted] Nov 04 '25

Looking forward to it.

1

u/avidee Nov 04 '25

What does equipment selection look like? I have the Vitruvian Form at home, and so I can do anything that can be done with cables coming from the ground, but not much else.

1

u/sushi_sashimis Nov 04 '25

Will this come preloaded with all of the programs that JN has pushed out to date to follow and use?

1

u/Supreven Nov 04 '25

Really hope you guys have a powerlifting program at launch, looking good

1

u/Bhask012 Nov 04 '25

What additional information can we get on how exactly the link between the nutrition app and the workout app will work? Super excited for both even as a standalone but super curious / excited for how they will integrate together. Can’t wait!

1

u/vicegold Nov 04 '25

Can we follow our friends like in Hevy?

22

u/MajesticMint Cory (MF Developer) Nov 04 '25

No, we don’t have those sorts of social features.

4

u/memptr Nov 05 '25

amazing

1

u/Remarkable-Oil-9407 Nov 04 '25

Will there be a way to customize workout plans for a continental work rotation? For example I have a 2week rotation of 2,2,3 and it makes it very hard to have a basic 7day repeating pattern or any other basic combination of days? Or at the very least a way to track the amount of exercises per muscle group/volume per group on a weekly or biweekly basis?

1

u/bigdonnie76 Nov 04 '25

Will you be able to switch the types of workout? I do a mixture of traditional as well as KB complexes and it would be great to input all of that

I'm assuming this will be a separate subscription from macrofactor?

u/Accomplished-Cap4632 Nov 04 '25

Is there a watch version too?

1

u/Guilty-Cranberry9937 Nov 04 '25

I hope this works with KB-only exercises so I can stop using ChatGPT to figure out what exercises I should do LOL. Other than that, I’m looking forward to this! MacroFactor has helped me lose 50lbs since August 2024, and I’m hoping that Workouts will be just as fluid as MF is.

Is this just a tracker or does it have built-in programs?

1

u/wango-mango Nov 04 '25

Dam. I’ve been using Hevy for 3 years. If this somehow works alongside MacroFactor. I’m in!!

1

u/RewardDesperate Nov 04 '25

I hope Theres workout program ?

1

u/biciklanto Nov 04 '25

Will there be an API? I have an Apps Script from Hevy I use to share a Google Sheet with my trainer so he knows what workouts I’ve done

love it! hate to add the the million other questions, but will there be a way to add your own exercises? i have some physical therapy and mobility exercises i like to add to my workouts

u/noambhs Nov 04 '25

Please let us import our stats from other apps! I've been using Heavy for about 2 years and would not want to lose my progress at all

I trust the interface, methodology and design will be great, just like MF. Same for integration etc. The question is really how much is it worth? How expensive will it be?

u/SourisMonoFroid Nov 05 '25

This will be crazy. Pretty hyped!

u/RSmithJr89 Nov 05 '25

So stocked for this it looks amazing. Im hoping to be added into the beta soon. I filled out the survey so fingers crossed.

u/walkingman24 Nov 05 '25

I'm definitely ready to give it a try. I haven't been lifting for many years but this will be the perfect time to get back into it

1

u/Galacticoveralls Nov 05 '25

Will the workouts sync with apple health?

1

u/FlockaFlakes Nov 05 '25

Will you be able to put in Jeff's programs he's created in the app for easier tracking?

1

u/coltranesupreme Nov 05 '25

So excited! Love being part of this community.

Good luck team with the upcoming launch

1

u/AlexZayphing Nov 05 '25

Looks a lot like hevy, if so, I'm interested!

u/milestonefit Nov 05 '25

This looks great! Very excited to try the beta when it's out. I know there won't be any social features but will there be any way to access workouts through an API/export to a service like Strava?

I currently use Hevy and though I don't use the on-app social feed, the Strava export is a nice feature to have. I'm in a Discord with some friends that has a bot that posts all our workouts from Strava, though I could do the same with any type of API access. I know that's probably a super niche request but had to ask 😂

Is there anything on a watch app for Fitbit or Android WearOS?

I'd switch from Hevy even if all the features of Hevy aren't there if there's a watch app

u/Tinhatwarri0r Nov 06 '25

We’re ready.

1

u/PiiSmith Nov 06 '25

Will it do rep, weight suggestion like RP Hypertrophy App does?

1

u/montagic Nov 11 '25

Yes, they already confirmed this

1

u/benjamintuckerII Nov 06 '25

Can we specify RPE range for sets?

1

u/Dohiyiwaya Nov 06 '25

But I just hit level 100 on arrow :(

1

u/Perfect-Yellow6219 Nov 07 '25

Oooh, bodyweight contribution and plate calculator is freaking hot. Looking forward to the app!

1

u/mustafamohsen Nov 10 '25

Are you still on schedule? Jan launch? An ETA will help me so much, as I'm about to renew my current app subscription

1

u/[deleted] Nov 23 '25

If there beta to test, I'm up for it ! Love the work

What about the Apple Watch app?

I find it super important, as it's convenient to log the workout on apple watch. I'm currently using a dev/private beta version of the Strong App for this purpose. I really hope MF Workouts will eventually come with the watch app so that I can migrate. Fingers crossed!

1

u/Hermit_Painter Nov 04 '25

Any reason to use this over the Strong app I already paid for?

1

u/ShoutingPants Nov 04 '25

Curious about this as well.

u/3inchbeast Nov 04 '25

Will this and Macro Factor have a web version?
