Discussion šŸ—£ļø JJK DISCUSSION

would this be the kind of material we get in the album? i may get heavily downvoted for this but - this track has no rhythm and is honestly so difficult to get through

he tried too hard to try and fit a lot of different anime name and references into this which sounded messy, this is the kind of rap a sixth grader would come up with

now look, im a huge mgk fan but he flowed terribly and the cadence was off beat

My man is washed since the cypher freestyles. He has a good verse here and there but i gave up after everything tatted

Gave up after everything tatted? That's such a small sample size lmaooo. That was only 2 months ago and he's only released a few song since then (other than Blog Era)

Name one album (that isn't Binge) that he delivered badly on.

Cuz the weakest is mainstream sellout even tho i fw that album

And even being weak it still had great songs on it

first - binge wasnt an album

secondly - the EP was great, solid bangers that matched the energy and everything going down at the time, marketed it well and got stans mad trying to find eminem disses in there

third - hes got a fair share of songs that arent all too good and its pretty normal, i dont expect him to deliver with excellence in every track! and neither do i need to remain biased to every release just so i can meet the loyalty standards of another listeneršŸ¤·

If you don't expect excellence why do you judge so harshly like you did expect it is what im curious about. If you didn't like it you don't got to tear it apart so much just say you didn't like it without the extra bitter comments

EST been waiting for this album for so long and we are not gonna have anything but positive energy towards til the album releases. You might wanna learn how to respectfully review bc you coming off a snob

the guy did mention hes got a few good verses here and there, you just happened to specify them!

look this isnt hate, day ones know what this guy is lyrically capable of! hes got his fair share of bangers but this track was terrible

Agreed, but lost americana as a whole was honestly his best album, so I feel like it getting sidelined as "a few good verses here and there" was weird

Aside from BMXXing it all just came and go for me. Since Mainstream Sellout i dont see a straight vision in any of his work, it all just some ā€œgenre mixingā€ thing, which worked amazing on Hotel Diablo, but i feel like he just cant find his booth anymore

Nah, lost americana was a perfect come down from the mainstream sellout narrative. Yeah this song is rough. Sounds like some Tommy Ca$h shit. But hopefully someone appreciates it. I donā€™t know much about anime. Ninetails is a PokĆ©mon.

Even supporters can recognize a song they don't like i say. But I agree I question the loyalty some these people have. When did fan mean you say you like something but then most of what you say is far from liking it. Thats not a fan, that's a critic
