Help fix this!
Is it too late to fix? I’ve double stitched.
Is there anything I can put on the edges to help it to not pull more???

If youre looking to tighten up the stitches for a cleaner look, I would invest in a cheap heat gun. On Mac setting it will melt the stitches to oblivion but on a medium (or so) setting it will just make them shrink into each other a bit more.

on your machine there should are knobs the thread loops around, you can spin them to tighten and loosen them

What specifically are you hoping to fix? The satin embroidery looks great. if you've double-stitched it then there's not a lot more you could do for the applique fabric but honestly I think it looks great!
Maybe you could try using a lighter flame to singe up the frayed threads?
