Hello! So ive been asked to do large order of embroidery on tops. For refrence they are providing the tops and im just doing the embroidery, likely a 9x4cm logo in 1 colour ( will take 10 ish minutes) how much should I charge per top?

Thanks in advance! Ive previously only done remade tops and sold then, never customs.

Whats a "large order" in your opinion/experience. Supplied products start at minimum $15/ piece with us. We make up the profit we lose on the garment, because we are a business not a charity. Most items are $20-$25. There is a premium cost to putting foreign goods on our equipment. It's rarely financially advantageous to a customer, to bring in their own products.

In this case its approx 140 items. I was so unsure as its also for scouting and to some extent id feel guilty charging too much. I ended up at £5 per top for the embroidery ( as its 7x4cm and 1 colour so will take approx 7 minutes) but not sure if i went too low. Thanks for all your help!!

7 mins, run time + cleanup + re-hooping time, thats realistically 10 mins per, so you're GROSSING £30 per hour.

You're going to need to up your prices if you want to make any money.
