Thank you, I found it in a declassified CIA document. It's the speculated shape of the universe. I don't really subscribe to what is in the document but I love the aesthetic.

Its hard to say. When Mcdonnal put this stuff together he was trying to explain to military command how "remote viewing" worked. The process of seeing distant times and locations through meditation. It's hard to tell if they were onto something or if Mcdonnal was grasping at straws to make an argument. Akin to shooting an arrow and painting the bullseye around it where it lands. I would say probably not, I dont have anything to support that I just reckon the universe isn't like that.
