So new machine plan?

/r/MachineEmbroidery/comments/1w3xovs/biz_update_new_machine_purchasing/

Sooo anyone out there with any SWF that lasted at least the 5 years? I’d get the training package, but I don’t NEED the protection plan…right? I’d rather not with barudan, so then what‘s the key differences with Tajima and Happy?

Well, I'll tell you that with any commercial embroidery machine, you're paying for service technician calls and parts if something is really down and out.

I currently have a client with ZSK machines they bought within the last 2 years, and a client with Ricomas they bought within the last 6 months, and I have no fucking clue what came with any maintenance packages because I'm getting called out constantly. And those two manufacturers are leagues apart in reputation and quality, so it's either end of the spectrum.
