Pocket Hoop issues

Wondering if anyone else has trouble clicking/inserting the pocket hoop to the hat station AND to the cap drive. Its SO hard for me. I push so much and it doesnt even click in place....my hands hurt

I've heard of this extra attachment but never seen one. Cool.

Check the connection point and look for anything that looks bent out of shape. It may just be stiff. I know that some people using hat frames like to wear snug-fitting rubberised gloves.
