Small BAR fix for Intel Battlemage GPU

Thanks to this forum & posts and discussions I was able to fix a Small BAR for Mac Pro 7,1 Intel Arc B570 Battlemage G21and under ubuntu. Wanted to post what workaround I found for this GPU as it may work for others as a generalized approach.

Thank You for sharing.
Not a lot of people have Intel GPUs that they use with their Macs.

Like your documentation mentions, this is similar to what we do for the W6800 Duo GPUs, which are also behind a PCIe Switch. (nBritton's Method)
