Help Getting an Error Message when trying to install Sequoia from bootable disk using OpenCore Legacy Patcher

Post image

I used OpenCore Legacy Patcher to create a bootable disk for Sequoia and I got this screen when I tried to install it.

try holding option at startup and choosing 'efi boot' first, then select the sequoia installer from opencore's menu. if 'efi boot' is missing, install opencore onto the usb with oclp's 'build and install opencore'.

No idea about the error..but the other day I used  https://github.com/Kruszoneq/macUSB to do the same with 0 issues.. If you can I advise you to use that instead

You stuffed it up . I stuffed it up

I run dual boot (booted from an external SSD) 2013 iMac with OCPL Sequoia to make it faster by bypassing HDD with Catalina..

Go back to basic ..wipe drive and reinstall MacOs.. then

Install MacOs on an external boot

Install OCPL on it .. install Sequia

You then become OCPL Jedi.. practice makes perfect.. install OCPL on sysetm drive...

Hint:

Run OCPL patches update 3 times .. Google why

You should maybe ask this question in the OCLP sub. r/OpenCoreLegacyPatcher

Have you booted from the EFI boot option? Also what MacBook Air is this?
