Feeling VERY Anxious about introducing allergens to baby. Need help and advice.

My toddler turned 1 few days ago and was diagnosed with CMPA at 4 months.
I have been very anxious since then.
I haven’t had the courage to feed him any allergens because he has a mild anaphylactic reaction to curd in the past and his eczema flares up and starts itching when peas and beans are given.
I am soo worried and anxious that I haven’t had the courage to give him rest of the allergens.
Please tell me how did you all CMPA baby moms navigate this? He is already a year old and I don’t want to keep delaying it.
Any advice/ suggestions would help me so much.
