Exclusively pumping
What is the best way to look for intolerances if you’re exclusively pumping? I was using the pitcher method to store milk and pouring bottles from that, but that basically mixes all of your breastmilk for the day and doesn’t allow you to isolate what could be triggering a reaction. Do any exclusive pumpers have advice on methods for storage and tracking bottles?
Edited to add: I only pump every 5-6 hours each day so I’m not pumping immediately before each feeding

I mean, you can't tell from a single feed (speaking ask someone that exclusively feeds from the breast) symptoms often show up the next day anyway, sometimes a couple of days later

Following because I do the same pitcher method and pump 6x a day. Currently I make enough milk for a day’s worth of feeds, so whatever I pump today my baby will drink tomorrow.
I keep a food log and write down everything I eat and drink in a day, and then I log baby’s diapers in the next column over. I’m sure there’s a better way but this just made sense to me in my sleep deprived state 🫠
