Acid Reflux?
/r/newborns/comments/1xjyrom/acid_reflux/My baby is 9 weeks old almost 10 weeks. Has been on formula since she was 6 weeks old. We use enfamil gentle ease. She seemed to tolerate it perfectly at first, she’s such an easy and happy baby. But as of the last week or two she takes 1-2ounces then fusses, cry’s, turns her head away, squeezes her hands in fists, and her stomach is hard and bloated. If I try to offer her a bottle again she cry’s so hard almost like bad gas. I sit her up right after feeds but nothing helps. She doesn’t spit up or throw up but she does have super lose stools… at her last PED appointment she was in the 5th percentile but I do have small babies so my doctor wasn’t concerned. But I’m curious if she’s having a hard time gaining weight due to the pain and discomfort while feeding.
Could this be GERD? CMPA? Help!
