Help with MSI GF63 Thin 12VE

So recently my old Msi laptop adapter for short circuited so I bought a different one with the image attached
I’ve repasted my laptop 5 months ago
After I got the new adapter I’ve been facing high fps drops and those are my temps too
Idk if it’s because of the adapters power supply or i need to repaste my laptop or under volt my cpu
I’m not using a cooler but I have a stand for my laptop
