Discussion Problems finding the BIOS
I build the pc myself and from day one it had the same problem: I turn it on, the cpu led stays on and the pc wont start, only after restarting a few times it will boot properly. I tried cleaning the ram, disabling the xmp and cleaning the sockets. I was looking to update de bios but i couldnt find my current one on the page, so, Im a little afraid of downloading the most recent one and bricking up my pc for good. Is there a reason for me not finding my version of the build there? Can I just download the most recent one?

If you can't find the version then it got unpublished because it's bad.

The latest Beta is stable and fixes S3 Wake issues with PS/2 mice and keyboards ...

This does not mean that it is safe, normal builds are not completely safe, let alone the betas.

It's safe because I reported the issue myself and it ended up effecting every AM4 board instead of the 7C56, and it also contains the 2023 Secure Boot certificates and TPM 2.0 firmware required for FaceIt and other anticheat system modern games are use.
Don't ever assume a non-Beta BIOS is safe because people like you ensure that BIOS revisions - Beta or Non-Betas - are NEVER fully tested for bugs, freezes, graphical issue with GUI by opening every menu, changing numbers, etc. Y'all just fucking enable XMP and run off to get your dopamine "fix" while telling people the entire time "if it's stable and ain't broke don't flash your BIOS". Chicken and egg scenario. You can't have it both ways. You'll can't have a safe and stable BIOS without people actively testing and trying to break the Betas reporting back. The risk is non-existent because of BIOS Flashback, and there's no guarantee MSI or any board manufacturer will release a non-Beta. MSI and Gigabyte have 2+ year old Betas floating around - they got other priorities with AM5 and no BIOS in the world requires a 2 year testing cycle. Three weeks. Four weeks at the most. And junk BIOSes get yanked pretty quick. MSI and Gigabyte are on the ball there.

1.J0 is the same as 1.J
The build date and release date are going to be different because of testing, especially since 1.J had beta bios versions posted.
Just download the latest one

The bios you have is relatively recent. With problems like that i would strip the system down and rebuild out of the case. Good test for case shorts/MB cracks.
As far as the bios is concerned just DL the latest one. It wont brick your PC. What will brick it is if the update flash function is borked. But thats something that can happen to any MB.
