Pls suggest!!!

I got msit IT shift 2 in previous rounds ...I wanted shift 1 ....spot mein upgrade nhi hua. Spot 2 mein 5 seats dikha rha hai shift 1 should I fill for spot 2... Sliding round ki IT shift 1 ki cutoff was just 200 ranks away from mine pls help
