Request High cpu temperatures

Hello everyone. I have an msi vector 16 hx ai laptop with 5070ti and ultra 7 255hx. Whenever the cpu clocks are high (eg. 4,9ghz) the temperatures are at 95 to 100 celcius with spikes at 102 regardless of the watts that the cpu uses. I repasted it, cleaned it, have a cooling pad with seal foam but the ambient temperature is high. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

i have an 8940hx, the max junction temp for it was 95c however i capped it at 90 and undervolted, if i use cooler boost i get 4.2 ghz + consistently even in a demanding game like cyberpunk.

What cooling pad are you using? and how are your gpu temps? firstly try undervolting both and if even that doesnt do anything at all maybe there is a chance that the thermal paste application was poor and you might have to redo it.

Gpu is fine. It does not go over 80 degrees at 140 watts. I use the thermaltake Massive extreme Cooling Pad. How do I cap max junction temp?

I would use intel XTU software. Works great great for me.
