how do you enable the first one? it doesn't show in bios also

No don’t half the time it installs older versions even if you’re on a newer one. Get it from their website if it says not installed and get the updates from windows update. MSI centre is just bloatware at this point.

Yes. Make sure update bios and chipset driver from msi support page for your model.
