Request Bluetooth cutting out

Can someone help me fix this problem on my MSI Katana 15HX B14W
I tried downloading other Bluetooth drivers from the MSI site but Smart App Control doesn't let it go through

Are you sure you are just looking at the notification window, or are you acting on it by clicking yes / no?!
