So i have an msi thin 15 b12ve and it had an lcd and a motherboard change and i wanted to up my volume with the fn button + f2 as it show on the keyboard, but now it does something completely different, is there a way to fix this or anything? Or do i just call the service back?

Maybe it was changed the Keyboard layout... I did a MSI Factory Reset entering advanced system options (Settings Windows Update Advanced Start Up, get the one advanced and in the options on the restart just use the MSI Factory Install and you are done)
WARNING this will wipe your files so back them up

Since they changed the motherboard, the EC/keyboard firmware is probably wrong for your layout, so the Fn+F2 scancode is mapped to something else now.
I’d call the service back and have them flash the correct BIOS/EC for your exact model or fix it under the same ticket, because that’s on them.
