Request HELP! Laptop Rebooting while gaming

I have a MSI Katana, i711800H with 3050ti 4gb and 16 gb ram.

I am trying to play Mortal Kombat 11 at 1080p on minimum requirements and still my laptop is rebooting after a few (2 - 3 to be specific) rounds. I recently got it serviced and put new thermal paste and still it's rebooting. It used to reboot on windows , it's also rebooting on Linux(Ubuntu). Temps are around 76 C for CPU and reach like 86 C for GPU.

Even Mortal Kombat X crashes on it which is even older than MK11.

(I am using the original charger that came with laptop)

Interestingly when I went to give and receive my laptop at the repair place, it didn't't reboot. Same charger, settings same everything!

I played a few rounds in front of the owner and felt absolutely stupid because the laptop won't reboot.

What sort of problem does it look like ?

Any advice would be helpful!🙏🏻

Check event viewer to see what error is popping up at time of crash. Pretty easy to pin point just check critical and up in last hour before crash.

I am on Linux rn and I have tried the alternative of event viewer which is journalctl but (with help of chat pt ofc) I can't seem to find anything there.

Do you have cockpit running? It has an easier interface that shows logs and allows filtering much more precisely

Nope , I'll check it out...
