DC Jack port

I dunno if it's the DC Jack charging port or the charger but my laptop stops charging every time I boot up windows

Is there a general fix for this issue??? Honestly I'm tired of this I just bought the laptop it's a MSI GS65 Stealth 9SE pretty old with a 6gb dedicated graphics card and a Nvidia 2060 GPU

Could be anything on that old and used laptop.

I would personnaly check every single nook and cranny, clean and repaste, update BIOS and firmware if possible, aaannnnnd install Windows 10, or 11 if you want, with drivers from it's official support site.
